Hello, I'm currently rigging a charactor and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good IK/FK switch and match tutorail or script for MAYA out there. I know Jason Schlifer had a script for Maya that would do it but I can't seem to find it. I've seen the 2004 siggraph talk he did on "fast animation rigs" and the only thing I don't like about his set-up is that in FK mode you have to select the bones to animate rather then a controller that is controling the bones. Hopefully, this has been corrected for 2007.

Also, Please do not send me links that use the "3 bone chains" system. I've tried it and it's very buggy for me.

Dunno if this is what your looking for in a Matching script, it also you to align a pre existing setup, not so much create your own:

Also, the 3 chain system is probably the most reliable and common, if you having trouble with the SDKs (where a lot can go wrong) you might check out:

For what its worth,
