Well I just wanted to brush up on my modeling and try out some texuring techniques.

I'd wanted to add hair, but as my portfolio is somewhat lacking in work of this quality I figured I ought to call it done and move on to the next project.

I'm quite happy with how it turned out (it's not super fantabulistic, but it's much better than my previous models.)

Thanks to everyone who helped me out. I learned a lot on this project.

Critiques are still open (that's why I post my work in forums) so please let me know how I can improve on future models.

First i must say it looks nice. Good Job

My crit is based on the assumption that this was intended to be realistic so i have accounted for the slight stylelization that seems to be present.

Your forehead is a little messed up. Why is there a square bump with a slash in it right above the bridge of the nose? This is entirely out of place and unnatural.
The forehead wrinkles: what age is he supposed to be? if he is old he will need quite a few more. if he is young they should be less obtruvsive and you will probably still need a few more if you intend to animate that area. also they are very regular and symmetrical.

the neck is thin. it should be roughly the same width as the base of the ears.
