Hi,I am Mango Chi,a student from Taiwan.

“The Drawer of Memory” is my first 3D short animation. It has taken me almost a year to complete it. Apart from the technique part, I have always focused on lighting to create the smooth atmosphere. And the most important thing is the audience can have sympathy of my character, and feel what she feels. Hoping my audience can really experience the same suffering and deep thinking in mind. Even my work is still not perfect, I will keep working on it until satisfaction.

Hope all you guys like it!Thank you !!

Much props, dude! I love the looks and feel of this short. The design, reminiscent of surrealistic art, almost looks taken straight out of a dream sequence. The only thing that jumped at me was there's abit much camera movement when grandma picks up the hat, felt unnecessary. And, IMHO, youtube really doesn't do you justice, very low-res, very hard to make out the details. May I suggest providing a quicktime or avi version, for better viewing. It will be alot easier to see what's going on. Anyways, admirable work, keep it up!
