View Full Version : Applying FumeFX to a cloth...
mixermanic 03-26-2007, 11:42 AM Are there any major hurdles that I should be aware of? Every time I pick the cloth plane (a flag) within the FumeFX ObJSrc dialog Max crashes...
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Martin

Hey Martin, perhaps you could try to point cache the animation of the cloth before solving with fume?

you should try cashing the cloth with pointcashe! even it would work just fine the sim time would be enormously high i guess. when i use cloth i cashe as most as i can and delete the original meshes with all the modifiers entirely from the scene that goes to the farm.
