Hi guys,
I am thinking about adding Vue to my pipeline, but would like to know if the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Vue 6 Xstream will co-exist peacefully on the same installation?
I use Maya 8 and 8.5, 32 and 64 bit versions (to counter some plugin discrepancies and different renderer support) on my installation of XP Pro x64. So - I have 4 versions of Maya which I swap between regularly (don't ask...). I also use Max 9 x64.
If I install the 64 bit version of Vue 6XStream, I heard that it will only "connect" with 64 bit apps (which would kinda leave my 2 32 bit installations of Maya in the s**t). Is this true? Would I have to install both the 32 and 64 bit versions? And if so, would that be ok?
Many thanks,
Martin
