hi- this model of frog turned out preety good :applause: i think but i cant texture it proparlythe thing that textured it was top bottom but then if i turn the mesh the texture glide to other places.
can some give some direction?

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is that you are trying to explain. I'm assuming form what you wrote that you are using texture maps? What app are you using?
And yes I agree I think your model came out pretty nice. One suggestion though is a different (lighter background). The dark color on the frogs texture is blending in with the background.

What software are u using? if its Maya then you have to asign the different texture areas on the high res model or u will get distortion. Tyhe alternative is to download the xyPolyTransferUV plug-in, although I have yet to get this to work.

im using 3d studio max 5. and i the problem is that the mapping isn't good it strech the texture look on the area of th nose and back...

Your getting distortion in those areas because you are using planar mapping, and the polys that are facing in the x axis are warped because the planar is projecting through the y axis. The only way around it is to unwrap that mesh and flatten the top part out so all the poly UV's u want textured are facing up in the y axis, or just remove any texture detail where there is distortion and use just plain colour.
