Hello and welcome !
My thought is your anatomy is off, especially his right shoulder. Grab a camera and snap a pic of you in that position and you'll see what I mean (sorry can't give any more useful advice than that - I know it's off but haven't the skill to do a paintover to correct it).
Definitely finish it :-)

Hi, I'm no pro but I hope I learn a thing or two from creating a paintover. It's quite fun, so please correct me if I'm wrong. :D
Pose: The pose was too relax, as one ready for battle, most of the time they would have a curved body so they could strike. Refer to my sketch pose for battle stances. Also, examine the equilibrium of your pose, you stance were merely impossible to balance the heavy axe, e.g. If the weight is on the right, then the right leg must offers support to it. Don't look at my paintover anatomy, it still has a cranky stance. I only corrected the proportion.
Light: The light source was suppose to come from the glowing axe, it's bluish, so the skin and the surrounding should have some bluish reflection. From what I see, the skin reflects yellow light, the ghost relfects green light.
