Hi !

I started a mattepainting and so far I did a speedpainting of a conceptart for the final mattepainting.

So this is the concept for what will come :

I'll have to do some modeling and some scouting for some photos that could help me along the way. The middleground will be a deserted surface and what I want to do is a transition from a desert in the left to a rocky scenery in the righ. I just hope to have the time to finish this image in a decent amount of time. :thumbsup:

this will really depend on the image material.

Hi !

After a week in which I tried to take this concept to a final stage I decided to change the concept a little bit. The theme still remains the same and in some points still relates to the older concept like when I said that I wanted to make a dessert. The town instead changed to a desert town with an entrance form beneith, a mountain in the center of it , some kind of a big airport and blue lights on top od the buildings and the mountain.
