right-click to get the trailer... more info about the film here (http://www.brainpets.com/llt.htm).
Thomas and I will be talking about the technology and thoughts behind the renderer at fmx/07 so if you're planning to be there look us up. Unfortunately, we're at the same time as Paul Debevec and John Boorman... sigh (http://www.fmx.de/E.212.html).
The 4 1/2 minute film is rigged and aniamted in messiah, and is partially responsible for being able to keep the production time to within 2 1/2 months, parallel to commercial work.
Christopher Lutz took over animating the last shot... thanks to him again!

Thanks guys! Thomas' ivy generator was a first test...
Unfortunately, I'm afraid aquaTree will be a bit farther down the road.

I also wanted to take the opportunity (my first independent film) to thank all the plug-in writers out there, particularly the ones sharing things for free - so the guys mentioned here are representative of the greater community, all who share their tools for free, except Mark, but PointOven is such a value that I included him.
