I was following a Tut from C4D Cafe called Blowing in the Wind. It uses MoGraph and Thinking Paticles together. Everything worked in the viewport but when I rendered...nothing. Tried it on 2 machines (both PCs) running C4D 9.6. The same issue happened on the R10 demo. Sent it to my friend and it rendered just fine (Windows Boot Camp on Mac).
Without getting into extra details, I solved the issue on my machines and found that if the Loft NURBS is below the Matrix Object in the Objects Manager, the render yields nothing. If I move it about the Matrix Object it renders just fine. Why? Seems very, very odd. Especially since everything works perfectly in the viewport.
