Is this possible. Considering what C4D does, I am sure it is.
Basically, all I am trying to go is have a camera rotate around a model. Thats all. Some help would great be appreciated.

Thanks

hi Mahlikus,
you dont need a spline for this animation, its simple.
Activate your objekt, generate a target-camera.
Put the camera under a null-object.
Go to animation window and animate the null-object´s angle H from 0 to 360 degress.

you don't even need a target to be honest for this sort of thing.

rememerb the target doesn't need to be a child of the camera (if you do choose to use a target).

Okay, what about using a spline (default set or custom) for an animation path? That is another thing I need to figure out.

Thanks again.

its very simple just use an align to spline expression. you just create this expression on your object that needs to move. then take your spline and drag it into the Attributes manager window for the expression. set the percentage and a keyframe it.

Boom instant animation

I think you can use any type of spline but i am not entirely sure about that
