Although I regognize the benefit for new flash users, for those of us that have been developing in Flash for years, this is pretty old news.

Most professional Flash developers have been integrating CSS, XHTML and other techniques well beyond the topics covered in this seminar. I'm guessing that's the case since James' books have always been aimed at the beginner and intermediate audiences.

I do find it interesting that they included SIGGRAPH and ACM references...not much relevancy to Flash.
