release date of ozone 3

anybody any idea when ozone 3 will be released?

As usual, the Vue people (and not only them) are very "watertight" for such info. They seem to have loads of troubles to get the Xstream 6 working properly and the whole Vue 6 palette was a couple of months behind the schedule.

Here (http://www.e-onsoftware.com/about/press_materials/?page=..%2FPRIndex&date=August%203,%202006) is the latest official word regarding Ozone 3 (dating August the 3rd, 2006!). Everything else could be only speculations, imho...

The good news is that you can already buy Xstream 6. In such a case you can forget Ozone 3, as Xstream 6 will let you import in C4D not only Vue skies, clouds and fog but also its terrains, ecosystems and everything else!
