Does anyone know of a way to get Maya to import CAD files (IGS, SAT, WRL, SLDPRT)? Thanks.

hmmm i only know how to import dwg files, so if u could get them into autocad :thumbsup:

hmmm, doesn't Maya already support IGES files? I see it as an option in the import dialog... most solid modeling programs can export IGES for CAD/CAM use so I thought it would work. Hell it might even come in as NURBS although I can't swear to that (3ds max's IGES import supported NURBS)..
