Badabing. Haven't been here for quite some time, and it's about time I made my com-back.

Had some crit on this on another forum, but I thought I should here your c&c aswell.
It's a 3dsmax self portrait. Mesh with MS. First 3 shots are just plain white with some GI, then there's the wire, then we have the ref photo flat-mapped onto the model and in the last shot I have the texture (still VERY WIP) cylindrically mapped. The top of the head and the ear are checkered, and will be replaced by two different textures.

Hmmm, it looks really good. However, those eyes look like there gonna jump out and bite me... I think the irises are a little too big. I myself never model faces so I can't help you - I'm just telling you my first reaction.

grrr.. server ate my first reply.. here we go again..... grrr...

maybe you should post some ref pics, that would make it easier for people to spot whats looking off and so make more helpful suggestions...

only thing to me looking a bit off now is the nostril area.. looks like those bumps on the sides are missing giving it a bit of a flat look. might just be the angle as well though...

ps. nice pic on your website too btw.
