View Full Version : Color matching 3d textures ?

Hello friends of 2d !

Again I need your help, and all your suggestions.
At th emoment I am trieng to match some textures, which I do need for 3d architectural rendering (exterior).

What do I mean with that ?
Well, as instance, you will create a road, and gras, bushes, trees, walls, tc. So I usually search for good high quality reference images to use these images as my textures.

And yes, I can find different sources, and so the images look different too.
The hue, the brightness, the color, the saturation... all of them is different.

Now, I am asking me the question: How can I bring all these textures for wood, stone, asphalt, gras, walls, concrete and anything else, to one and the same level ?

So that the color will match together ?


Is there any special trick I can use ?
What I have to recognize ?
How I should start oing this ?
What are your suggestions ?
