Some references gathered through the internet...

I'm still wondering which one to do, the kurgan from the old days (armour/helmet) or the one from NYC with the scarf and leather.

I've seen some ppl doing the old kurgan, they will miss the scarf of the neck, hehehe

I've been looking at the pictures of the actor and the pictures from the movie and I think he wears a false eyebrows, anyway here is the base mesh

lol...yeah he wear false earbrows through out his career. I just modelled his face from shawshank and his erbrows still look inhuman....

Crit about your model. He has a very flat chin underneath as opposed to your rounded chin. but are you taking this maodel to another program? eg. Zbrush/mudbox

:edit.....lol just realised that, that is Zbrush.....sorry a bit drunk. anyway flatten his chin off and puff out the earbrows a bit it will look like him.

It still needs a lot of work on the sculpting, but I was excited about the model and I wanted to see the head with a nice render so I did a little test with SSS.

hi there...what references are you using?....judging from the one is post #5, it doesn't really look like him...but I don't know what you're using, so I can't really give any C&C...but it looks like a good head model....

When I started the model I was using the pictures of the actor from the Clancy Brown's website, but I saw the movie again and he looks so different between these pictures from the website and the movie references that now I'm using the movie.
I would post the pictures from the movie, but I don't know if there is any copyright about that... ???
