Title: On The Phone
Name: Indira Ischwara
Country: Australia
Software: Photoshop
This is a character design created to be a site banner for a girls-only online community. This version is the raw one only, I will post a link to the mentioned forum when the banner is uploaded.
Made using Photoshop in about 6 hours. I used my own limbs as reference. :)
Thank you for viewing and please let me know what you think. :)

That's really nice. the limbs work really well. the skin tones are great. nice subtilties. The nose looks a bit flat, probably because there's very little nostril definition and eye lashes look a bit longer than i expected. the face looks a little stylized so maybe thats intentional.
Everything is very bright very and fresh looking with nice colour palette, which I like but I find your sig a bit too distracting because of the contrast in colours and it take up quite a bit of space over the girl. Im more in favour of sigs which are a footnote of the piece than become part of it - but thats just my preferece.
should work well for the website! cool stuff.
cheers

Great painting Indira.:)
Pretty smooth composition...Maybe add little details to the nose will make it perfect.
Congratulations !
Cheers.

Nice colors, Indira. :) I think her left foot seems a bit small, however, and the shadows for the folds on the back of her shirt look kind of unrefined. But the style is very soft and comfortable to look at. :)
Keep up the good work!!

just beautiful indira!... , the brush technique you used is perfect for the purpose of such a piece (girls only on-line community) being that it has that soft and feminine look. also your color choices will definitely appeal to a female audience.
Since it is intended to be used as a banner, (imho) i can see why there is no need for much detail.
Note: cuteness seal of approval!!....lol:)
....anyways...lovely graphic...love it!

Thank you everyone for such great feedback! :scream:
Mojtaba - Thanks so much, I'm glad you like it. :)
Jeremy & Rodrigo - I just noticed that the nose is awfully flat seconds after submitting it to CGTalk, my bad... But as Karisa mentioned, it's not really noticable as a banner thankfully. I really need to be more careful next time. :)
Yihyoung - Thank you for pointing them out, is the foot size really that different? Oh no...
Karisa - Cuteness seal of approval!!! Aww, thanks! That's too much.. but I'll accept it! :D
