I was very pleased to download the free plugin " Ivy generator" from the last thread :
http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=47&t=474581
it's cool and quite easy to use but unfortunately , when I open the obj file in the generator application ; the geometry seems to be overlapped. I used the Riptide to export and import the obj, ......... the same thing !!

Can anyone tell me the reason for that.

big thanks.

Hi,

you have to triangulate the polygons in C4D (and perhaps convert objects to polys) before export.
Then it should be alright.

Also try using the free riptide plugin instead for obj export/import.
