Hy CG Talk Community. My name is Anselm v. Seherr - Thoß. You might know me from the Particle Flow Discussion Thread where i spend most of my time here at CGTalk or from CGArena.com where i write tutorials. Encouraged by my team mates i dared to post my reel here finally :D Hope you enjoy my work...

I work as Freelancer with the focus on Shading, Particle FX and Post Production. This is my current Showreel 2006-2. "Why is this guy posting a Showreel from 2006 in 2007?!?" you might asked. Because everything in the reel is from 2006...when i get the finals from 2007 and when i´m allowed to show ´em that´s going to be my 2007 reel ;)

nice reel.....thought the best piece was the mermaid sequence...beautiful work. the breakdown was nice...and i don't think you could picked a better song......goood stuff

I saw the mermaid and the pirates on a german site before...
velvet.de
What was their part in this tv commercial?

Among all the clips i've seen on that site,
i personally like the mermaid shot the most.
cause it keeps imaginary things clean

@ sapienz: velvet did the comping mostly. the cg was completely done by BlackMountain VFX in stuttgart/germany
