View Full Version : Hypershade connection names...

I want to take a screen shot of the hypershade showing my shader network connections that i have made to create a shader, no prob, but I want to see the descriptions between each node that display the inputs/outputs of each node....just like when you hold you mouse cursor over the connection line and the description pops up.


Im not sure if this is even possible within maya itself or if its left to stay a photoshop job. Any cheat you know to pull that off would be cool.

You can rename the nodes themselves. But I think you'll be out of luck because the connections are just connections. You'll have to do the photoshop thing if you want to make a screenshot. Or you can just provide the shader to people. And let them look at your handy work.
