CGTalk - Repair License

Hey guys
I installed the zbrush and begin to using it(My cpu is 64bit but I think I used 32bit version)
after alot of enjoy, SUDDENLY windows send me an error and then close the zbrush.
And now when I run it , it show me this message

The "Request Code" isn`t valid.
Please tell me what should I do...

I had this happen once, and somebody told me to delete a directory.. but I can't remember for the life of me what it was. If I can find it i'll post here (if somebody else doesn't answer first).

Now I know what should I do...
Can you tell me... it was in which drive...
Install drive or windows drive or...
If you couldn`t remember its name I`ll do this.
I`ll install zbrush on my friend pc and
will search for all of new dir...and it must be on of them...hahaha >: )
I mean I hope :D

I rename it and then run zbrush.... and :) ) yooohooo
