Can somebody plz tell me how to get the shaded wireframe look? I can get wire but then the model is see trough which I dont want....

Is that F4 you mean? Stay in shaded view (F3 toggles), then turn on wireframe by hitting F4.

Edgemap (http://www.snotmonster.com/) is my favorite.

Or clone the mesh and apply push modifier and wire material to the clone.
