Hi all...

Just started using Lightwave... i really love it...[maybe i´ll drop max like policarpo did... ;)]

Started like this...
http://webs.ono.com/usr002/Koroko/img/temp/lw_1stH.jpg

After some tweaking...

http://webs.ono.com/usr002/Koroko/img/temp/lw_1sthsc.jpg

And a poor render, have no time to wait for higher settings or better lightning...

Just to get some feedback, thanks...

Dude it looks cool. Tell me you have used other 3D programs before :)
I would make the eyes a bit bigger and add just a little more detail in the geometry. He looks like some wise older guy, so he needs some wrinkles.

Keep going, and welcome to the best 3D program on the planet :D

That's cool dude.....

did you box model the caracter ??
i should give him some earrings thick gold ones :)

and red or blue eyes :)

anyway i modeled in max for 1,5 year to for i started with LW max is the easyest to learn but if you know max then the hardest program to learn is LW beceause you cant select edges aso, i use LW for half a year now and a guy from france has helped me on my way and my books did 2 :)

anyway, keep modeling you got talent, keep on working and fintuning your surfaces and it will look great i know...
