It's ok, but that weird blue highlight on her neck is distracting.
I think her eyes need to be more specular, and maybe make a slightly more expressionate face? Also might look nicer when the foreground light is dimmer because it looks like most of it is coming through the window. :thumbsup:

looks pretty good. The skin shader appears as if it could use some tweaking to make it more realistic. The eyebrows are not of the same quality as the hair.

I agree with the highlight (there is even a little one on her ear), it could be toned down.
