I have tried for a long time to make a knight(any kind of..) but until recently i haven't the necessarly skills to do it. All done in 3ds max 9 and just a little help for postprocessing from after effects 7.

The original work was done by an artist who goes under the nick Wormwood, who is usually on a rival site.
I saw the original a while back, and you've really kept the same mood and themes all the way through when rendering in 3D - Well Done.

No, it's based on Keith "Wormwood" Thompson's concept, "Baron."
Good modelling.
But, for the love of crap, people, give credit to the original artist or designer! It would suck so much to come across someone using your character and not even acknowledging that it's your idea.

Yup i finnally found that magazine that inspired me and it was "How to draw anatomy for fantansy artists" and the drawing was of Keith Thompson but i was only inspired by it. I didn't put his name up here just because i couldn't find that mag.
B-Max: I'll post some new pics more clearly these days.
Thanks for ur comments guys.

Sorry if I came off too judgmental about the original concept.
Well, at any rate, it's a good model. I think it could use some TLC at the rendering stag e tho. Your speculars and reflections look overexposed at best, or like crappy JPEG compression at worst.
