She looks good.

Good concept design and modeling, man..

There are couple of things that could change to make her look better, I think.

First, toon shading doesn't really seem to be the best render choice. Maybe if you actually texture her sort of like Final Fantasy look to her, that'd give more life to her.

Another thing is her feet look kinda odd, especially the heels. They kinda look too small for the overall size of her body.

It's only my 2 cents.

your model is highly detailed but i feel that it is ruined by your cell shading. I would much rather see an actual skin.
