hey all, this is my first real go at animation, i want to specialize in character rigging, so i figured that i should animate my rigs to learn more about them. i modelled and rigged this guy for my demo reel, he is a bobsledder getting ready for a race. he is supposed to be getting really psyched up and moving his legs and shoulders to stay loose before the race....

It looks great.
Looks like he's warming up to me.

Here are some suggestions.
I see how you got him shaking his legs, well get some jiggle on those monstrous quads. If you watch a sprinter warming up their muscles jiggle like mad. Especially the quads.

For the hand movement have him twisting his wrists back and forth quite fast.
This is what alot of people do warming up (I do) and it will show off your ulna setup.
