View Full Version : Paint FX: Lighting?

I have a night scene with some weeds growing on the border of a house and the ground. I used paint fx for these weeds and they are very light compared to the rest of the scene when rendered. In light linking, the paint fx strokes don't appear.

So my question is, is there a way I can make my paint fx weeds look not as bright? Can I unlink all lights to them and then link a very faint light to them?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, the scene is ready for rendering except for this problem so once i figure it out I can get moving. Thanks all

Nevermind I got it... There is an option in the channel bar called "Real Lights" and I had to turn it from on to off.. er maybe it was off to on but it made it much darker.:p
