This will be my fifth year at SIGGRAPH. There aren't many events I look forward to more.

though next yea i hope to make, this year i would rather spend my vacation time outside of the industry.

I have a question for pretty much anyone.

To those of you who have been to Siggraph before, how much would I be missing by not doing the full conference? 850 is kinda spendy and if I can get just as much from paying for one of the smaller packages, then I would rather save some cash if I can.
