perhaps some music which icreases in pace with the pace of the advert?
Obviously are are restricted by deadlines but it would be good with more of a story. e.g The human player could be waiting for an opponent and then the robot guy is announced and enters to the suprise of the chap.
goodluck
Nice work, though I would prefer if both players start out exchanging shots to each other like a usual match but then got out of control when the robot creams the chap by smashing shot after shot. The chap then struggles to return the fast shots before being helpless in getting hit subsequently, to gradually heighten the game pace instead of already being helpless in the beginning. The end part when the chap peeked before getting hit in the head, it would be better if he dropped to the ground quickly after the impact. I also second the idea of the robot entering the game while expecting a human opponent that gives a surprise reaction.

thanks for your comments guys - i should have probably mentioned that as a brief i only had 30 seconds to play with - originally i wanted to have a beginning sequence where the robot is turned on by the player as if it is some kind of training device but then the player just gets creamed by it - but had to cut this out due to the restriction of time. Also the ending sequence of me getting hit by the ball - was my real reaction. the other guy snuck up on me last minute and smacked the ball as hard as he could at my head - so that was my real surprised and painful reaction to getting hit. i thought that because that was real that it was worth keeping in.
