Title: Dualistic Space
Name: Neha Kakkar
Country: India
Software: 3ds max, VRay

This is a virtual recreation of the project "Dualistic Space" designed by architect Antonino Cardillo. I saw the project's picture on the net and fell in love it, so decided to work on it over this weekend.

Really really nice architecture... but I didnīt
like that lighting... itīs like the light comes
from everywhere... Your textures could be
worked out more detailed... Although nice
pic...

looks cool. the only think i can say is
that your render looks like it had artefacts (might be its just jpg)
also ground texture looks like wood, but then the scale, er.. proportion of texture is tooo big
and also the blok (white on in front) well the light hits it in the way that it looks like it is framed, well like white outline, it makes an impresion that it is wery small and plastick...

Thanks for the c & c everyone. I agree I need to increase the render samples. The lighting & textures I've tried to keep as close as possible to the ref pic I've used. Here's the link to it:

Thats one nice render, I really like the space, it has such depth but at the same time its balanced. You should be proud to generate somthing that has the same proportions and lighting from such a limited reference.

For me I feel that your shadows and lighting are a little too soft, the photograph is quite sharp and has more contrast than your image. Plus the noise, but I kinda like that because it makes the image look dirty & "real" which gives it more character.

If your really into your Architecture (which you obviously are!) you might be intrested in a range of books by Tashen Publishing "Architecture Now!"

Hope to see more like this

Thanks a lot Anthony for the reply, and for the link to the books, I'll surely check them out :)
I've added the colored version of this in my portfolio, you can see that too if you'd like to..
