what's up?
what the diffrent betwen gi render to radiosity?
and how i can to do this in max?

That depends on your version of max. State your version, it always helps.

GI, or global illumination, is used mainly for outside conditions, as it is supposed to simulate light in an open area.
Radiosity is generally used in indoor conditions, but really can be used anywhere. Radiosity is just the realistic bouncing of light off objects.

If you have max 5, you can just use the built in advanced lighting functions (check the manual).

Otherwise, you will have to resort to such third-party plugins such as Brazil or vRay.
