Influenced by the artwork of Nate Van Dyke (although this image is a far cry from his style...)

The image was completed fairly fast, under 1 hour, no reference except for a quick glance at Imogen's ear. I imagine it to be on an album cover.

i like that. the words distract though. everything else is kinda fuzzy, but the words are sharp, and a lil too close to the edges

thanks man. people were commenting on the tacky text so i moved it down and shrunk it. hope it looks better now ;)

Nice.... very nice clean brush strokes on the painting... I think the overlay - if that's what it is - doesn't work well. It doesn't seem to be part of the painting, it just looks like something was overlaid onto the painting...

At any rate, really like the painting.. :beer:
