I'll Post this in Maya and ZBrush Specific apps since I am not sure which is a better fit.

So I started with my head's details in ZBrush.

Then I applied the normal and displacement map verbatim from Jason's tutorials at HouseofTutorials.com.

Now I get this when I render out using MentalRay at Production Quality. I receive this Error:[Mayatomr.Shader]:texturedfacets 116: no shader assigned in material. It also comes out really choppy.
Is this because of something I did wrong in ZBrush or Maya? I can't seem to ever get a properly working normal map or displacement map. Anyone able to explain their workflow so I can get one that works for me. Thank you in advance.
