CGTalk - Slow playblasts

Hello,

I've got a scene with 3d image planes. When I click the play button I can see that the cache fills up but when I replay I only get a playback speed of max. 4.7 frames/ second instead of realtime playback. My composition setting is on 25 frames/ second.

Many things can impact playback performance. Do you have multiple views active? Are controls displayed for selected tools? Are you trying to preview the 3D environment or the rendered output?
