I've been working on the car paint for my car and this is what I have so far. I would like opinions on how to make it better.

well actually, this car was modeled for a tutorial that I'm writing. You can check it out at http://www.dutch-gamers.nl/~karabo/tutorials/car/index.html

Very good, Karabo... Very very very good... So, I'm asking again... How the hell did you get the car texture to look like that... What are the settings for the texture and what reflective options etc., etc.,

Oh, almost forgot, ya got a MSN address?

About the model... Why is the left headlight pitchblack?

coolmanmatt: Glad you liked the tut!

Chan: Well the material is actually very easy to make. Those pics were rendered with Brazil. All you need to do is start with a Brazil material with specular 100 and glossiness 60, put a falloff with default settings in the reflection slot of the material and then use an HDR map for the environment. Simple, huh?

very good work karabo..it seems that on the last render that the fron tire is bigger than the back tire..
there seems to be some mess ups on the black thing on top..around the edges..

keep up the great work
