I accidently minimized my 3d max rendering and now it wont restore. I was wondering if there is a way to maximize it while its still rendering.

I don't think there is, you've tried alt-tab right? or maybe right clicking on it an choosing maximize

Yeah I tried both of them and it was a no-go. It sucks cause I cant tell how much time it has left to render and it has been rendering since last sunday.

Taskmanager -> Select 3dsmax -> Click Switch to

This only applies to win2k AFAIK.
