Hi!

I would like to archieve an effect like that:

A movie speeds up (and afterwards slows down) the following way:

Frame 1 of the movie stands there.
After a little bit Frame 2 comes, stands for a little bit, black Frame.
Frame 3 comes, stands a little less long, black Frame.
Frame 4 comes, and so on.

It should look as if you would speed up (or slow down) the reel on an old projection machine.
Are there any plug-ins or expressions I could use so I don't have to create that effect by hand?

check out aenhancers.com, and search through their expression and script libraries. there's probably some things there that might do some things for you.
also, Stu includes a hand crank preset project on the DVD of his DV Rebel's Guide book, you might want to check into that. :)
