View Full Version : local simulation for softbodies

hi ! any way to achieve kind of local playblack to calculate softbodies ? the problem is i have a softbody object parented to an animated object , so if at frame 0 i have to move the animated object the softbody stays in the old position so i cant use that method of playing and then set initial state because the object is already animated , so i would need do a play of the scene but in frame 0 , exactly the same of cloth local simulation, i did something that fixed this problem tweaking the nodestate of the softbody and constrained to animated object but now i have a softbody joined to animated object with wrap deformer so i cant use that....i need local simulation!
