You can make your own with the ramp shader..
if that doesn't help... you can look at www.toonshade.com
or download some other toon shader script on www.highend3d.com

ThirdEye,
99.9% of the 'toonshaders' for maya use the 'facing ratio' utility found in the hypershade combined with a ramp for the color. The results are poor at best I'm afraid. It will be another year or more before Maya users will get the Illustrate! plugin by David Gould.
The best bet until then is the TomCat toonshader by Patrick Jean which is different from all the rest.
find it here:
http://www.highend3d.com/maya/plugins/?section=paintfx
there are several threads on this subject also:

and

The beauty of TomCat is that it avoids using the facing ratio utility and instead applies the toonline as a post effect (a critical detail). In fact, the results aren't too bad at all considering it's free!
It's success is based on the principle that it applies an artisan brush as a post effect. So you have 10 times the freedom to experiment than any lousy facing ratio could ever hope to offer.
But alas, it too has it's limitations and the results simply don't compare to Gould's Illustrate ... patience is a virtue - or so I'm told ...

mental-ray does include contour shaders - there are some topics on highend3d on this subject - though i'm not sure how well they perform
