Is there any way that I can query which mouse button, either RMB, MMB or LMB, was clicked when UI button clicked event is occurred?

yes and no. You can't poll the input directly, but you can use the draggerContext mel command to create a new script based tool that can query the mouse status. Obviously means you have to set Maya to use your script tool, so it might not be quite what you are after....
