dude, that rocks.

um, let me see if i can be at least a little more constructive...
all these are about the bottom one.

i'm not sure what the material of the base/stand is, but it seems much too reflective and smooth. i'd personallt like to see it made of nice cherry-wood with a satin finish...

also, it seems like there's a spike coming through the green right in front.

i'm not sure where i'd take the people, but i'd do something more w. their texture, i think.. (and i think they're just a touch too shiny)

great work, man. love the green texture

Amazing work. Love the detail :buttrock: !

My only crit is the textures could use a little more work to make it look more real. Seems to be cartoony right now. Just my op. I also agree with chrislomaka about the base.

wow

I don't know what it is, but it looks great, it has a really high amount of detail, maybe the shadows are not as good as the model itself, I got nothing to say...

amazing work.

I just want to add... frocking nice. :) the work posted on your website is topnotch as well. I can't wait to see more. The textures as are IMHO really pull off the resin statue look. No crits from here.

My only crit of this very beutiful work is that the people wrapped up in his whatever are not tortured soul looking enouph..they look like manequins ...they need something to make them look more life like ..perhapse flesh torn away or disolved into the goey substance ..something to make it look as they are trapped humans ith no hope in some kind of tortured exsistence..

the second render is awsome, I love how you presented it like a dye-cast model, just get rid of the ugly shadow behind the objects because if forms a tangent and makes the image a little hard to read

That is just awesome. Great job all around, with model and textures and render and everything. Did you use Evangelion as a reference at all? That is the first impression that I got of the upper half of the creature, and the head especially. Great stuff dude!

I liked the pic better without the texture on it, besides that it looks great.

it's very very cool but i bet you can do a better enviroment than that, why waste such a great model?

Very nice model!! Although I have to agree with the others, and crit the textures, cos at the moment, it looks like a plastic toy, and the humans, should like, sort of wrinkled, almost destructed.

good work

I like the model but the colors, materials and lighting in the second pic don't do it justice.

The purple light and orange eyes look out of place from the other colors. An ice blue glow would look nicer I think and maybe a more dark firey red/orange glow to the eyes.

The materials as commented by some others here do look too plasticy. If you really are after a resin model look then you should work more on the paint job to reflect that. The dark blue organic matter has a very nice drybrushed look to it and you should bring that into the rest too I think. And it's really hard to read what the base is made out of...clear plastic or what?

But the thing that really lets it down is the lighting...it's almost frontal, too strong and hides away so much of the fine detail you modeled into it. Try out something more interesting, put in some rimlights maybe and use more fill.

Keep it up, that great model deserves it :)

First of all;
great model. absolutely stunning form.
But IMO the texture doesnt do the model justice at all.
It doesnt look very uniform, and does not add to the rather dark subject matter (again, very well done)
I really liked it better without texture.

btw.
dare i ask what inspired you to make this piece ?

Great! Great!
But I don't like its color. Looks rough.
Update it, and you will get a master soon. Trust me.

Very cool stuff my friend! I love the bodies tangeled up inside. I love the colors, it looks like a model, so if that's what you were going for then it's very cool. Are you freelance or with a company?

great modelling .

very very original character.

but I agree with wiro suggestions.

i think a starcraft zergs texture look will be grate with your character

more matte materials and organic textures.
reflective materials are mising some models details.with matte materials the forms will be see better.

the 1fisrt camera position is better the second is too high and
far.
another near position will make a favour to the character.

but itīs only my opinion.

Damn man:bounce: ,the first render look's better to me,maybe you can ad some more dramatic lighting.

You are your own master.
