View Full Version : UWV maps squash, so textures stretch onto polys.

When texturing a model, the UWV map is squashed down, so when i use this to create the textures of the polygons, they are stretched out when put into 3dsmax. Does anyone know of a way to combat this?

That means you haven't done your mapping yet. What are you doing exactly? If I know then I can tell you where you missed a step. :)

This is actually more of a Max question than photoshop, so what you do in Max is what I need to know.
