That's pretty nice. I'd mentioned about the hair, it is almost correct for the geometry structure. However, there's still some flaws I discovered.

The forehead hair, near the big ornament at the center, I saw some red and green random color that is not quite natual(may be due to jpeg compression) But I would like her hair color to be more dark with a stronger specularity. And her braids' ends are big off, that didn't hide the junctions between the braids and the loose ends, I will use beads or use strings to wrap them up.

About her headset ornaments, I will limit the use of the color, just too catchy than her costume that she wears.

Her left hand pinky can be improved.

Monday morning, step into my office, grab a coffee, turn on the monitors and, I couldn't believe my eyes.

Oh boy, what can I say. First, hanks Lildragon for the quick plug. I was expect to see it in 3d gallery in such a short time, and surely didn't expect (yet hoped) to see her on the frontpage. There are four things I really want to get them done: frontpage, choice gallery, get into one of the books and top 7 of cgchallenge. And seeing Flower Messenger on frontpage is very encouraging.

Thanks everyone for your motivative comments, honest critiques. I will continue learning, continue creating, give all I have.

Nice stuff! I'm really enjoying some of the subtle tone changes in the shadows and lighting on the skin. The cloth is really great, and her expression and pose are interesting enough to draw me in. Good work.

For me, the lips and teeth might feel a little dry, especially compared to the wet gloss of the eyes. Also, the background feels half-done, and the large pink area on the right in the background is taking undue attention away from an otherwise brilliant image.

I couldn't log onto cgtalk yesterday, so all I was doing is keep my hotmail page open, constantly F5 and reading comments.

Many of you are my cgtalk friends who I've never met in real life:There are friends like comic-craig, jedi-juice, machadoj, who were there at my early year, gave me support and strength. Very nice indeed! Your material painting is pretty amazing. You are talented. Love it. The detail on the flesh of the face and hands is very soft. I would like to see it at a higher res.
