I have spent ages on a 12000+ poly model of an abandoned hall (nearly done) and have come to texturing it. When mapping the whole model, there are hundreds of little bits that make it impossible to texture.
I have tried selecting individual pats of the model, but they cause 3dsmax to crash.
Any ideas on any way that i can put this model into a form that will be managable for texturing?
