The shadings good . . .

. . . meh. You messed up on this one it looks like.
Firstly, I'm going to point out your problem with the eyes. The shading/lighting is good, but they need to be much larger than that because currently their too small in comparison to the head. Remember, anime character's, especially the females, have very large and expressive eyes.

Next is the nose and lips. You need to move the nose to the left some. Since it's not a realistic style drawing, the current placement of the nose is inappropriate, making it appear as if the thing is seriously deformed. And the shadow made by it only accentuates the illusion.
The lips . . . Seldom are anime character's drawn with lips, and in the few occasions that it is drawn in, they usually only have the bottom lip. If you're going to make the full mouth, then you have to be completely sure what you're doing to make sure you have the proper affect. If you don't, then you can throw the whole drawing. In addition to that, the lips are too small, even for anime.

Finally is the hair. I'll just suggest that you add more because the current amount gives the illusion that some of her head is chopped off.

try this:

make the same drawing, only the that lips should be at the current nose level. The nose should be very little.

and the thing that is bellow the lips, I dont know how is it called, also higher. same distance from the lips than you are using right now.

I'm not too sure about the curvy lines in her hair, kinda looks like she has egg in it! I think sharper lines would look more dramatic

looks a little bukake or whatnot ..:shame: color might help.. but i agree.. maybe take it out... and the shine on the is might use some work
