hmmn, its a doc file... i can't see the pictures cause i don't have word... a pity, because the text is really quite good... :)...

Microsoft has viewers for all of the Office files (I believe). This should let you see the images at least. :)

i have uploaded this file to free server which doesnt allow hotlinking. so u'll have to save target as and not use a download accelerator type of application to download the fiel. its a small(178kb) file so just let IE/NS download it.
