View Full Version : Open Layered Tiffs in CS2

Anyone ever have this problem? I have recieved a layered .tiff bitmap file from someone with images i need to use. I can view the seperate layers in ACDSee, all 14 layers. For some reason though, no matter what I try in photoshop, or illustrator it will only open as a single image layer. I have actually tested other tiff files with layers, open and closed with in photoshop without any problems, just for some reason this .tiff file will not allow me to view the layers in photoshop, only acdsee. What is the workaround for this, if anyone has any idea. Some help would be greatly appreciated. its probably something simple I am missing.

ask what version/software they used to create the layer tiff. there might be some compatibility issues, or ask for it in another file format.
