Ok I see it now.
Well compared to some on this forum your understanding of technical proportions and anatomy mixed with weight, lighting, and contrast shows you must have been studying what you study for awhile.
"I get the idea of what you are trying to show me."
As concept art this piece is good, better than good and would be more than usable for any production as far as "conceptual" tinkering goes.
Nice.Very Nice. I love your balance with the off "brown, red" behind him, well planned.

Well, here's another one. I'm not really liking it much, I did it too slow and tight. So it's far from finished...she used to have a different hairdo too, that I thought was way cooler, but no one else did.
oh by the way, the pencil sketch had her hand propped up on a bow.

I like them both, they do their concept art function in the most convenient way, you can see the proportions, clothes and textures.
The sword looks weird, blade too thin and short or handle too long (even for a two handed sword), and her left arm is in a weird pose. I like her hairsyle, if this helps :thumbsup:
